FormShare enables firms to use Adobe PDF forms as an efficient method of electronically capturing data from clients, or for use with internal business processes.
Once a PDF form has been completed the data can be automatically extracted from the form directly into the Partner for Windows database, without the need to rekey the data.
This project will be split into two phases which will focus on the collating of data online and offline to create entities and matters.
- Phase I development will be to generate PDF client inception forms to populate managing partner fields and include the functionality to create entities and or matters.
- Phase II development will focus on any customization on a client basis.

The total cost for the project will be split across all interested firms. This should then bring the overall cost of each form down significantly. The aim is to secure 10 firms as a base minimum. Whilst the initial development will be utilising standard/global P4W fields, there will be capacity to further customise the forms on a specific basis during the phase II development.
For the avoidance of doubt the baseline development cost from a shared perspective will be calculated in accordance with the following table.
